Suitable for installation on Cummins 4BTA 250 HP Marine Engines. 1 1⁄4 in. NPT Water Ports. Units ship “pre-serviced” and ready to use. Please allow 1-2 days lead time ARO. Requires Air and Raw Water hardware: tubes, hoses, & mounting (See Complete 4BTA Aftercooler Installation Kit). The kit does not work with the OEM fuel cooler, however, it does serve as a fuel cooler bypass on the water side which we feel is an advantage.
Fuel fittings are available to complete the bypass. Engine installations vary, this kit may require some custom fitment. Does not work with all air filters including certain Walker Air Sep filters. Works well with the our S&B air filters and our Envirovent CCV System.
Allow 1-2 weeks for complete aftercooler kit delivery.

Designed for use with seawater, the unit incorporates 90/10 cupro nickel tube and bronze end covers (No anodes recommended). The unit is supplied with 1¼” screwed NPT threads on the seawater side.
