Frank has been with Seaboard Marine for over 30+ years and has become the “repower specialist”. Frank has performed hundreds of repower projects with Seaboard Marine and has become a master craftsman in the fields of glassing, exhaust fabrication, welding, and overall boat construction. Frank is also the official world record holder for the largest California Halibut ever caught at 67 lbs. 4 oz.
